I spent nearly 20 years in a multinational environment, experiencing the structured, professional way of working. I've walked the donkey's ladder, thanks to a long perseverance and a desire to learn, I've been through practically an entire organisation horizontally, I've tried my hand in many different positions, so I have a complete overview of the way a company works.
My aim is to help our company grow by developing the organisation and end to end processes required for large enterprise operations. What I always keep in mind is transparency, efficient operations, and awareness of the added value of the individual and the importance of value creation. The small cogs in the wheel mesh together when these are met, driving each other to achieve the corporate goal.
